Privacy policy

Only what the assessment needs, and only what you type in.

• Your email address, when you choose to enter it to see the rest of your result, or when you register interest as a founding member.
• Your answers to the sixteen assessment questions. These cover savings and debt, whether clients would follow you, years since graduation and clinical confidence, attitudes to marketing and admin, hours worked, caring responsibilities at home, and your reasons for wanting to work for yourself.
• Your result — the prescribed number of days, the pattern, and your six dimension scores.
• An optional free-text sentence describing what you want to build, if you choose to write one.
• Your answer to what you’d want help with first, if you choose to answer rather than skip it.

We do not collect your name, your practice name, your AHPRA registration, your phone number or your address. We do not ask for and do not want any information about your patients.

We do not store your IP address. To stop the forms being flooded we keep a one-way cryptographic hash of it for a short window, which cannot be reversed to identify you.

• To calculate and show your result, which is the point of the assessment.
• To email you a copy of that result.
• To contact you when the full platform opens, if you gave us your address or registered as a founding member.
• To understand, in aggregate, which constraints stop clinicians going solo, so the product gets built in the right order.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it. Ever, to anyone, for any amount.

Your information is held in a Postgres database operated by Supabase, in Supabase's Southeast Asia (Singapore) region. This means your information may be stored outside Australia. Access is restricted to a single server-side key; the database rejects all public access by default.

The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Email is delivered by Resend. Both are service providers acting on our instructions — they process your information to run the site and send your result, and for nothing of their own.

Nobody. Your information is not sold, rented, disclosed to advertisers, or shared with any third party for their own purposes.

The only parties who handle it are the three service providers named above, which store and transmit it on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

If we were ever compelled to disclose information by law, we would comply only to the extent required.

If you use the share link on your result page, that link carries your prescribed number of days, your pattern and your six scores. It does not carry your answers. Nobody following your link can see what you said about money, hours, burnout or home.

We keep your email address and result until you ask us to delete them, or until the project closes down, whichever comes first. Rate-limiting hashes are deleted within a day.

If you registered as a founding member and the founding offer closes without you taking a place, we delete your registration within twelve months.

Email christian@solo2scale.com.au from the address you used, and say what you want:

• A copy of everything held about you.
• A correction, if something is wrong.
• Deletion. We will remove it and confirm when it is done.

We aim to respond within seven days and will not ask you for a reason. There is no charge.

There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics scripts on this site. Your answers are held in your browser’s session storage while you take the assessment, and are cleared when you close the browser.

We record three anonymous events — that a result was viewed, that an email was submitted, and that a share link was copied — with no identifier attached to them.

If you think we have mishandled your information, email christian@solo2scale.com.au first and we will try to put it right.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle information already collected, we will email everyone whose address we hold before the change takes effect.
